Digi.Com proposes change of name to CelcomDigi Bhd


KUALA LUMPUR: Digi.Com Bhd today announced a proposal to change its name to CelcomDigi Bhd following its successful merger with Celcom Axiata Bhd.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the company said the proposed change of name was in conformance with the company’s obligation under the share purchase agreement dated June 21, 2021 with Axiata Group Bhd in relation to the merger with Celcom Axiata.
