Perak Corp appoints Rosmin as CEO


PETALING JAYA: Perak Corp Bhd has appointed Rosmin Mohamed as its group chief executive officer (CEO), succeeding Zainal Iskandar Ismail who has resigned as the group CEO on Sept 12, 2022 to pursue other interests.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday, Perak Corp said Rosmin, 52, has over 30 years experience working in high-profile organisations specialising in project development and management, regional development, marketing and sales as well as operations optimisation.
