MR DIY buys foreign worker housing

The home improvement retailer said its wholly owned subsidiary, MR DIY Management Two Sdn Bhd, had entered into a sale and purchase agreement with Y5 Development Sdn Bhd and U & Location Sdn Bhd for the purchase of foreign worker quarters in Balakong, Selangor.

PETALING JAYA: MR DIY Group (M) Bhd is acquiring 80 units of foreign worker quarters under the centralised labour quarter or PAPA for RM13.2mil.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the home improvement retailer said its wholly owned subsidiary, MR DIY Management Two Sdn Bhd, had entered into a sale and purchase agreement with Y5 Development Sdn Bhd and U & Location Sdn Bhd for the purchase of foreign worker quarters in Balakong, Selangor.
