Bhd’s (BCorp) wholly owned subsidiaries, Juara Sejati Sdn Bhd and Teras Mewah Sdn Bhd, have bought 24.6 million shares in Redtone Digital Bhd from Aug 30 to Dec 21.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, BCorp said the share purchases, amounting to 3.18% stake in REDtone, were done via direct business transactions and cost RM11.1mil cash or at an average purchase price of about 45 sen per REDtone share.
