KUALA LUMPUR: Trading of Serba Dinamik Holdings Bhd
shares will be suspended with effect from 9 am on Dec 23, 2022 until further notice if the engineering services company is unable to submit the outstanding Annual Report 2022 before Dec 22, 2022.
Pursuant to paragraph 9.28(6) of the Main Market Listing Requirements, if a listed issuer fails to issue the outstanding financial statements within six months from the expiry of the relevant timeframes, in addition to any enforcement action that Bursa Securities may take, de-listing procedures shall be commenced against such listed issuer.
"On Nov 1, Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd granted an extension of 1.5 months from Oct 31 to Dec 15 to Serba Dinamik to issue its annual report that includes the annual audited financial statements as well as its auditors’ and directors’ reports for the financial year ended June 30, 2022.
"However, Serba Dinamik has failed to issue its AR 2022 to Bursa Securities for public release within the extended timeframe,” said Serba Dinamik in a filing with Bursa Malaysia today.
