UEM Sunrise to sell Johor Land for RM289.2mil

KUALA LUMPUR: UEM Sunrise Bhd is disposing of its 94.9 hectares in Gerbang Nusajaya, Iskandar Puteri, Johor for RM289.2 million.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, UEM Sunrise said its indirect wholly owned subsidiary Nusajaya Rise Sdn Bhd has inked a sale and purchase agreement with Nusajaya Tech Park Sdn Bhd (NTPSB) today.
