Pestech unit inks MoU with Attwood


PETALING JAYA: Pestech International Bhd’s subsidiary Pestech (Cambodia) Plc has entered into a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Attwood Investment Group Co Ltd (AIG).

The MoU is in relation to the development of two feasibility studies pertaining to the construction and operation of clean energy or solar-based assets in Cambodia.

In filing with Bursa Malaysia, Pestech said that under the MoU, both parties shall cooperate to complete the feasibility studies and formulate a licence and approval strategy and embed the requirements of clean energy generation.
