High input costs dampen mood of new orders for KPS


PETALING JAYA: Diversified company Kumpulan Perangsang Selangor Bhd (KPS) while having been able to secure new orders, is also being impacted by the global electronic chip shortage and high input costs.

Kenanga Research, in a report to clients, said it still remained optimistic on KPS following a visit to its engineering thermoplastic plant (ETP) in Penang, parked under a wholly-owned unit, CPI (Penang) Sdn Bhd (CPI).
