Acer unit looking at opportunities to partner IT firms


GEORGE TOWN: Acer e-Enabling Service Business Inc (AEB), Acer’s subsidiary for IT services, is looking at opportunities to spread its wings to Malaysia by partnering with IT companies here.

Chief strategy officer Tayu Cheng said the company sees vast potential for digitalisation in Malaysia, considering the government’s commitment to steer the nation towards this area with the launch of the country’s digital economy blueprint.
