Deloitte resigns as external auditor for Lion Posim, Lion Industries

KUALA LUMPUR: Deloitte PLT has voluntarily resigned as the external auditors for Lion Posim Bhd and Lion Industries Corp Bhd.

Both companies told Bursa Malaysia yesterday that the resignation of Deloitte is on a voluntary basis and shall be effective 21 days from the date of the Notice of Resignation or the date of the company's appointment of another auditor, whichever is earlier.
