KUALA LUMPUR: Majuperak Holdings Bhd
has announced that its group CEO cum executive director Nizran Noordin has been given garden leave effective Sept 2, 2022 until the expiry of his service contract on Oct 31, 2022.
It said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia its chief financial officer, Syed Agil Syed Hashim, will be appointed acting group CEO to assume the day-to-day management of the group and its subsidiaries.
