Tower A of 8 Conlay’s YOO8 60.31% done

PETALING JAYA: Tower A of YOO8 serviced by Kempinski (YOO8) Branded Residence in 8 Conlay in Kuala Lumpur is at 60.31% completion, with 100% completion of structural work and 85% of architectural work as of Aug 3.

KSK Land in a statement said it continued to expect the completion of YOO8 Tower A by early 2023 and subsequently, YOO8 Tower B by the end of 2023.

It said this would be followed by the completion of the retail podium, which is expected within the first half of 2023.

Meanwhile, the 8 Conlay Kempinski Hotel is expected to be completed within the first half of 2024, it said, as reported by Bernama.
