KUALA LUMPUR: Pertama Digital Bhd
has appointed ex-chief justice of Malaya, Tun Zaki Tun Azmi as board chairman, effective today.
Tun Zaki, who served as independent non-executive director of Pertama Digital since April 21, 2020, succeeds Datuk Dr Kenny Ng Bee Ken in a leadership nomination aimed at steering the company further as it launches new businesses in line with its projected growth in the digital sector
