Serba, top execs complete settlement of compounds

KUALA LUMPUR: Serba Dinamik Holdings Bhd has announced that the company and its top executives have completed the full settlement of their compounds imposed by the Securities Commission.

It said in a statement yesterday that the payment was made on May 9, 2022, for a total amount of RM16mil.
