Simmtech opens advanced facility in Penang

BATU KAWAN: Simmtech, a South Korean-based manufacturer of printed circuit board (PCB) and packaging substrate for semiconductors, opens its first advanced manufacturing facility in South-East Asia in Penang to address the heightened industry demand.
