Tan Chean Suan acquires more shares in Censof


KUALA LUMPUR: Businessman Tan Chean Suan has increased his shareholding in Censof Holdings Bhd to 14.226%, after acquiring 685,000 shares in the open market.

Based on a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Tan bought 685,000 shares on Monday in the open market.

The purchases increased his direct interest in the company to 14.226% or 78.569 million shares.

Censof closed 0.5 sen lower at 29 sen today, giving it a market capitalisation of RM160.16mil.
