Capital A mulling separate listing of its aviation arm

PETALING JAYA: Capital A Bhd is mulling a separate listing of its aviation arm, AirAsia Aviation Group Ltd, and will soon be announcing its independent board to oversee the business of its aviation unit.

Capital A chief executive officer Tony Fernandes in a virtual briefing said: "It's up to the board to consider the listing when it thinks the time is right and to raise capital independently. But from Capital A's perspective, that is the plan."
