BAT’s FY21 bottom line up


For its financial year ended Dec 31, 2021, BAT’s net profit rose to RM284.86mil from RM241.84mil in the previous corresponding period, while revenue grew to RM2.64bil from RM2.32bil a year earlier.

PETALING JAYA: British American Tobacco (M) Bhd’s (BAT) net profit for its fourth quarter ended Dec 31, 2021 was slightly lower at RM71.46mil, compared with RM72.72mil in the previous corresponding period, while revenue during the quarter rose to RM861.89mil compared with RM660.23mil a year earlier.
