PETALING JAYA: Opcom Holdings Bhd’s 70% owned subsidiary Opcom Cables Sdn Bhd has received a contract from Telekom Malaysia Bhd
to supply fibre optic cables to the latter from Dec 23, 2021 until Dec 31, 2023.
The contract is valued at RM26.51mil and is expected to contribute positively towards the group’s overall earnings and net assets during the period of the contract.
“Opcom’s board, after having considered all aspects of the agreement, is of the opinion that it is in the best interests of Opcom,” it said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia.
