Boustead signs MoU with US tech firm


Boustead Holdings Bhd said in its filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday that both companies were desirous of entering into the MoU to declare their respective intentions and to establish a basis of cooperation and collaboration between the parties in accordance with the parties’ needs and financial capacity.

PETALING JAYA: Boustead Holdings Bhd announced that it had entered into a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with US enterprise solutions development company Accubits Technologies FZ LLE to develop capabilities for real estate asset tokenisation and sustainable green energy tokenisation.

The conglomerate said in its filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday that both companies were desirous of entering into the MoU to declare their respective intentions and to establish a basis of cooperation and collaboration between the parties in accordance with the parties’ needs and financial capacity.

The duration of the MoU is for a period of one year, unless mutually agreed otherwise by the parties, it added.
