Censof Holdings in tie-up for cloud services

PETALING JAYA: Censof Holdings Bhd has signed a joint venture (JV) agreement to develop and operate a “hyperscale (Microsoft Azure)” cloud management system in Malaysia.

Censof’s subsidiary CS Cloud Sdn Bhd will establish a 50:50 JV company with Korean-based Cloocus Co Ltd called Cloocus Sdn Bhd for this purpose, the companies said in a statement yesterday.
