HONG KONG: Hong Kong’s unyielding Covid-zero policy has kept the coronavirus at bay since early summer. That’s allowed room for more pedestrian concerns, namely the struggle to make a restaurant reservation.
By early October, the Chairman, which was named the 2021 best restaurant in Asia and also landed in the top 10 on the World’s 50 Best list, was booked through the end of the year. It stopped taking reservations for January, too.
