KKB unit partners Samsung Engineering for job tenders


KUALA LUMPUR: KKB Engineering Bhd subsidiary OceanMight Sdn Bhd has inked a memorandum of understanding with Samsung Engineering Co Ltd to collaborate in the bidding of tenders for projects worldwide.

It said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia that such projects may involve a specialised scope of work and supply.

The MoU shall be valid for two years, subject to the terms of the contract.

As at 12.30pm, shares in KKB were up one sen or 0.75% to RM1.34 apiece on the back of 57,700 units exchanging hands.
