Azizan Osman increases stake in MPay

Petaling Jaya: One of Managepay Systems Bhd’s (MPay) main shareholders, Datuk Dr Azizan Osman has increased his stake in the company to 10.58% or 89 million shares via his vehicle, Richworks International Capital Holdings Sdn Bhd (RiCH).

This was in addition to his previous acquisition of 44 million shares on June 18, 2021, RiCH said in a statement on Saturday.
