Green Packet aborts rights issue


In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Greenpacket said the board made the decision after due deliberations and having considered the prevailing market conditions and volatility of the share price of the company since the rights issue announcement on May 18.

PETALING JAYA: Green Packet Bhd (GPB) has announced that it has resolved not to proceed with the renounceable rights issue of new ordinary shares together with free detachable warrants to raise RM328.37mil.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, it said the board made the decision after due deliberations and having considered the prevailing market conditions and volatility of the share price of the company since the rights issue announcement on May 18. ― Bernama
