Serba Dinamik says it has responded to KPMG queries, sees no accounting issues 


KUALA LUMPUR: Serba Dinamik Holdings Bhd said it has responded to all accounting queries on transactions totaling about RM3bil raised by KPMG, but the external auditors have yet to revert back to the company.

Serba Dinamik also told the stock exchange today that the company has given its full cooperation to address the audit concerns and assured investors that all its businesses are run by the book.


Hence, the company is appointing an independent firm to review the accuracy and veracity of the matters highlighted by KPMG.
