KUALA LUMPUR: The board of Scomi Group Bhd will see some changes following the retirement of four directors and the appointment of two new ones.
In a statement, the group announced the retirement of Cheong Wong Sang, Chan Shiang Chiat, Lionel Leo and Sammy Tse Kwok Fai.
It welcomed the appointment of Datuk Wan Shaharuddin Wan Mahmood and Alex Lam Vun Chiang to the board of directors (BoD).
The appointments were effective March 26.
