MISC awards FPSO unit off Brazil to Aker Solutions

MISC Bhd has awarded a contract to Aker Solutions in Malaysia to provide engineering services for a floating production storage and offloading (FPSO) facility, located offshore Rio de Janeiro.

KUALA LUMPUR: MISC Bhd has awarded a contract to Aker Solutions in Malaysia to provide engineering services for a floating production storage and offloading (FPSO) facility, located offshore Rio de Janeiro in Brazil.

In a statement on Monday, Aker Solutions said the project will be led by its engineering team in Kuala Lumpur with the support from the company’s other engineering hubs globally.
