Top Glove R&D unit second among top Malaysian patent applicants in 2020


Top Glove owns more than 300 intellectual properties (IPs) both locally and globally, including brands such as Top Care, GripPlus, Finessis, Flexylo, Top Feel, Biogreen, and Hydraplus among others.

KUALA LUMPUR: Top Glove International Sdn Bhd, the research and development unit of Top Glove Corporation Bhd, is ranked second highest among Malaysian patent applicants for the year 2020 after Mimos Bhd.

Universiti Teknologi Malaysia is in third spot in patent filings and Universiti Malaysia at fourth, based on data from the Intellectual Property Corporation of Malaysia (MyIPO), according to Top Glove.
