KUALA LUMPUR: Datuk Seri Mukhriz Mahathir (pic) is no longer a substantial shareholder in Opcom Holdings Bhd after he sold 24.6 million shares in the company.

The shares were disposed on Wednesday via at least two direct business transactions, according to filings with Bursa Malaysia.

Meanwhile, in a separate filing, Mukhriz’s wife Datin Norzieta Zakaria has also ceased to be a substantial shareholder in Opcom.

This was after M Ocean Capital Sdn Bhd, a company owned by Norzieta, disposed 18 million shares through the open market on Wednesday.
