Mukhriz Mahathir exits Opcom

KUALA LUMPUR: Datuk Seri Mukhriz Mahathir is no longer a substantial shareholder in Opcom Holdings Bhd after he sold 24.6 million shares in the company.

Filings with Bursa Malaysia today showed that Mukhriz has disposed the shares on Wednesday via at least two direct business transactions.

No other details on the transactions were made available.

Meanwhile, in a separate filing, Mukhriz's wife Datin Norzieta Zakaria has also ceased to be a substantial shareholder in Opcom.

This was after M Ocean Capital Sdn Bhd, a company owned by Norzieta, disposed 18 million shares through the open market on Wednesday.
