No earnings surprises for property sector, says AmInvestment

KUALA LUMPUR: AmInvestment Bank Research does not expect to see earnings surprises for the property sector over the next 12 to 18 months although companies with overseas exposure are expected to perform better.

The research house, which has a "neutral" outlook on the sector, said it expects challenges in the coming year.
