SC adds TD Ameritrade, Euro Trade and Oanda Malaysia to alert list


According to the SC website, the list contains persons carrying on or hold himself out as carrying on the following regulated activities without a licence from the SC.

KUALA LUMPUR: The Securities Commission has added TD Ameritrade, Euro Trade and Oanda Malaysia Corporation to its investor list which contains unauthorised websites, investment products, companies and individuals.

In its latest update, it said TD Ameritrade deals in securities while Euro Trade is involved in fund management and it has misused the regulator’s name and logo. They were added to the list on Wednesday.
