HPP gets green light for IPO

PETALING JAYA: HPP Holdings Bhd has been given the green light for its listing process on the ACE Market.

In a statement, the offset packaging printing specialist said it had gotten the approval from Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd to proceed with its initial public offering (IPO), comprising 108.669 million shares.

HPP managing director Kok Hon Seng said the group had timed the IPO to fit its expansion plans, and it was now finalising its prospectus.

The company said Affin Hwang Investment Bank Bhd is the principal adviser, sponsor, sole underwriter and sole placement agent for HPP’s IPO.
