KUALA LUMPUR: Thong Guan Industries Bhd
has proposed a one-for-one bonus issue exercise after the flexible packaging maker reported a surge in second quarter profit.
The proposed bonus is expected to be completed by the end of fourth quarter of 2020, the company said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia today.
