KUALA LUMPUR: Tex Cycle Technology (M) Bhd
's joint venture company Culzean W2E Ltd has entered a memorandum of understanding with Medisoft Ltd to collaborate on a waste processing project.
"The MOU creates no contractual relationship between Culzean and Medisort but is aimed to provide a platform, a goal to which both Culzean and Medisort is aiming to achieve," said Tex-Cycle in a filing with Bursa Malaysia.
