KUCHING: Sarawak Consolidated Industries Bhd (SCIB) is expected to secure several projects in Malaysia and the Middle East region from Serba Dinamik Holdings Bhd.

The two companies share a major shareholder in common, namely Datuk Mohd Abdul Karim Abdullah(pic below), who holds a substantial stake in both companies.
