SC, Bursa Malaysia say important for markets to remain open


KUALA LUMPUR: The Securities Commission and Bursa Malaysia said they have no plans to suspend trading in the stock market despite the Covid-19 movement control order.

"We will maintain continuous trading and market operation, to facilitate investors to manage their risks and opportunities during this period," the stock market regulator and the exchange operator said in a joint statement today.
