PETALING JAYA: CJ Century Logistics Holdings Bhd’s (CJ Century) proposed merger with sister company CJ Korea Express Malaysia Sdn Bhd (CJKX) will be immediately earnings per share (EPS) accretive.

Managing director Steven Teow Choo Hing said once the merger goes through, the company which is currently loss-making will return to the black immediately.
