KUALA LUMPUR: The Securities Commission has appointed Datuk Zain Azhari Mazlan as its new executive director, corporate finance and investments.
The regulator said Zain will provide leadership and direction on matters related to issues and investments, including issuance of securities, takeover and merger activities, applications on collective investment schemes, and registration of prospectus.
