KUALA LUMPUR: OCK Group Bhd
is planning to use proceeds from a private placement exercise in October to acquire a company involved in the renewable energy business.
OCK, in a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, said wholly owned Milab Marketing Sdn Bhd has entered into a conditional shares sales agreement for the purchase of 100% equity interest in Green Leadership Sdn Bhd for RM31.6mil.
