KUALA LUMPUR: Complete Logistic Services Bhd (CLSB) has agreed to sell its forwarding, haulage and warehousing businesses to a Singapore-based shipping company for RM85.6mil.
CLSB, in a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, said it is selling its 80% equity stake in Dolphin Shipping Agency Sdn Bhd, Guper Integrated Logistics Sdn Bhd and Gems Logistics Sdn Bhd, to SH Cogent Logistics Pte Ltd.
