Public Mutual declares RM138m distributions for 11 funds


KUALA LUMPUR: Public Mutual has declared distributions amounting to more than RM138mil for 11 funds.

The company, which is a unit of Public Bank, said the total gross distributions declared are for the financial year ended Aug 31, 2018.

For the Public SmallCap Fund, the gross distribution per unit is five sen; Public Select Treasures Equity Fund 1.25 sen, Public Strategic Growth Fund 0.75 sen and Public Sukuk Fund four sen.

As for the PB China Australia Equity Fund, it is 1.75 sen per unit, PB Asia Emerging Growth Fund 1.50 sen and PB Asia Pacific Dividend Fund 0.25 sen.

The distributions for the PB Indonesia Balanced Fund is 0.5 sen, PB Islamic Equity Fund 0.25 sen, PB Sukuk Fund and PB Bond Fund four sen each.

Public Mutual is Malaysia’s largest private unit trust company with more than 130 unit trust funds under its management. 

As at end-July 2018, the total fund size managed by the company was RM82.5bil.
