Malaysia Airlines to focus on yields


KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysia Airlines Group (MAG) saw improved revenue in the three months ended Dec 31, but warned that stiff competition for passengers in the region to remain a challenge for the national carrier.

To counter this, Malaysian Airlines Bhd had in recent months scaled back on its domestic route frequencies and redeploying its aircraft to more profitable destinations.
