Property projects to boost Fiamma FY17 performance


Lim: ‘We have a lot of new products we are going to launch in the next two months.’

KUALA LUMPUR: Following a dip in profits in 2016, white goods distributor Fiamma Holdings Bhd says it is expecting its financial year 2017 performance to be boosted by its three property developments in the Klang Valley and Johor.

Fiamma is set to launch its high-rise East Parc @ Menjalara development this weekend as chief executive officer Lim Choo Hong expects an take up rate of 20% for the Klang Valley high-rise complex along with Fiamma’s KT6 landed property development in Kota Tinggi and the Vida Heights project in Johor Bharu.
