Kenanga joint venture gets SC approval-in-principle


KUALA LUMPUR: Kenanga Investment Bank Bhd’s joint venture with Rakuten Securities Inc-EB Global JV Sdn Bhd has received an approval-in-principle (AIP) for a capital markets services licence (CMSL) from the Securities Commission Malaysia (Securities Commission), to deal in listed securities and provide investment advice.

“We are very pleased to have received the AIP and look forward to introducing a new exciting online stock trading platform to investors via our joint venture with Rakuten.
