GEORGE TOWN: A national human resource policy to address the issue of skills mismatch in the economy should be part of the upcoming Budget 2017, said investPenang director and special advisor to the Penang Chief Minister Datuk Seri Lee Kah Choon.
He said in a press statement that there were about 100,000 unemployed graduates due to mismatched skills, citing a 2014 report by the Statistics Department.
