KUALA LUMPUR: In an unprecedented move, a large government-linked company (GLC) has taken the Inland Revenue Board (IRB) to court over a tax bill.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Tenaga Nasional Bhd
(TNB) said that the High Court had granted it leave to commence judicial review proceedings to set aside notices from the IRB’s RM2.07bil tax bill.
