Maxis plans to implement internal reorganisation

KUALA LUMPUR: Maxis Bhd and its subsidiaries plan to implement an internal reorganisation which will result in the consolidation and integration of the businesses and undertakings of its wholly-owned operating subsidiaries under Maxis Broadband Sdn Bhd.

Maxis was expected to complete the proposed internal reorganisation in the first half of 2016, it said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia.
