MKH plans RM1bil JV project

PETALING JAYA: MKH Bhd has entered into a joint-venture with Sim See Hua Brothers Sdn Bhd, Segamurni Corp Sdn Bhd and Joint Power Development Sdn Bhd to undertake a property development project with an estimated gross development value of RM1bil in Kajang.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday, MKH said the JV was formed via its wholly-owned subsidiary Suria Villa Sdn Bhd as the developer of the project.
